Donegal Elementary School

Mrs. Altieri's students were broken into groups to sort "Moon Rocks" during Technology class. They read about the Apollo missions today and how Apollo 11 was the first spaceship to successfully land on the moon. They pretended that Neil Armstrong had recently returned to Earth and the astronauts brought them Moon Rocks. They were the first scientists to see these rocks brought back from the moon. They may have been a little disappointed when it was explained we were just pretending and they were not really moon rocks. The kids did a great job and we wanted to share a picture with you.
